We are a small design and manufacturing business based in St. Leonards On Sea, East Sussex. Our base in an old public house called the Admiral Benbow, just off the sea front which acts as our home, workshop and showroom. Here you will see our collection of old decorative lighting and numerous newly designed pieces which are all made in England. You can visit us by appointment.

The building itself is well worth a visit and you can see how our lights can work in various domestic and commercial environments. The Admiral Benbow was originally built in 1833 when it was called the Saxon Shades and has been gradually extended over the years to include a large snooker room on the 1st floor and what were several bars and lounges. It is in the heart of St. Leonards and Hastings is a little further up the promenade with all the usual seaside offering and more.

Having collected lights for many years and worked at Blackpool Illuminations, we wanted to create user friendly illuminations that bring a bit of fairground magic into people spaces. We also want to help keep alive traditions and crafts that are sadly dying out due to modern technologies and cheaper foreign labour. So on display are a few vintage pieces but also newly made light in the same vein which can be purchased or made to bespoke specifications.
